Apartment Interior Design Project | JAY DESIGN — Full-Cycle Execution

This apartment interior design project showcases a full-cycle approach to interior design, delivered by JAY DESIGN — from functional layout planning to turnkey execution.

The space was restructured by removing the wall between the kitchen and living area, creating an open and functional daily zone. A central kitchen island, designed around the work triangle principle, became the heart of the interior. The apartment was tailored for a family working remotely, with two dedicated home office areas and a walk-through wardrobe in the master bedroom.

Warm beige and coffee tones, taupe accents, decorative plasters, and architectural lighting define the interior’s character. Bathrooms finished with microcement emphasize durability, minimalism, and easy maintenance.

This project is not accidental — it is a strategic investment in comfort, functionality, and timeless interior design.
